Richard has been involved in the Environmental industry for over 20 years. During this time he has carried out the assessment of in excess of 200 contaminated sites. He has project managed a wide range of groundwater investigations related to contaminated sites, landfills, mine sites, irrigation projects and catchment studies. Over the years Richard has held positions with Golder Associates, Meinhardt, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Department of Administrative Services Centre for Environmental Management, Site Remediation Services and Newcrest Mining. Graeme has over 30 years of international & local experience in business administration, planning & forecasting, budgeting, IT, data analysis and project management. He has worked for large multinational industrial companies as well as local environmental consultancies. Yik is a controls engineer with 18 years’ experience specialising in automated process design and controls, system integration and factory automation. Alex is an environmental scientist who graduated from University in 2013. Alex has been working for HydroTerra since mid-2014 focusing primarily on data management (DataStream), field service support, telemetry installations and product knowledge. Operations Manager/Field Data Collection
Daniel is an Environmental Scientist who has had five years’ experience working within the Environmental Sector. Daniel has had a great deal of experience managing and completing a number of sampling and monitoring programs at several sites across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia. As Hydroterra's Field Services/Operations Manager, Daniel is responsible for building strong relationships between HydroTerra and clients who are interested in utilising HydroTerra’s skilled sampling and instrumentation technicians. Business Development Manager
Jared is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with 6 years experience in the contaminated land industry in South Australia and Victoria. Jared currently is part of the management team at HydroTerra with a business development role focussed on building long-term organizational strategic goals, key client relationships and identify business opportunities.

Rental & Workshop Manager
Alexandre Tolotchov is the Rental and Workshop Manager of HydroTerra, this requires him to have a comprehensive knowledge of the rental fleet equipment. Alex has been working for HydroTerra for the past 8 months and since coming to the position increased the amount of work achieved by the department. Specialising in air monitoring equipment, Alex has developed knowledge of all other environmental monitoring solutions and is tasked with visiting customers on a regular basis.
Ryan is an Electronics technician who has had several years’ experience working with environmental monitoring equipment. Since starting work with HydroTerra in March 2012, Ryan has had hands on experience working on the installation of a number of environmental monitoring systems. As HydroTerra’s workshop technician Ryan is able to repair and troubleshoot any unexpected fault during sampling or installation.
Environmental Scientist/Marketing Coordinator
Stephanie is an environmental scientist who graduated from Monash University in 2012. Steph joined HydroTerra in June 2015, previous to that she worked at a consultancy firm developing skills in project management and environmental research. Since starting at HydroTerra, Stephanie has gained significant experience and knowledge in product sales, marketing and field services support. Steph has conducted several field services including; groundwater micro purge sampling, both contaminated and non-contaminated sites, gas well monitoring and surface water sampling. LinkedIn Profile
Instrumental Technician - Rental
Andy joined HydroTerra in October 2015. Andy predominately works in the workshop calibrating rental equipment, coordinating and carrying out repairs on all rental equipment. Andy generates booking information and supports our field support team to carry out projects in a timely fashion.
