Description

The TriOS LISA UV is an online optical sensor that measures water quality parameters (CODeq, BODeq, TOCeq, UVT) by analyzing UV light absorption at 254 nm using durable, energy-efficient LED technology. It utilizes a secondary 530 nm LED for automatic turbidity compensation, requiring no reagents and minimal maintenance due to its nano-coated, self-cleaning optical windows.

UV Absorption Technology: The sensor emits light at 254nm (UV) and 530nm (for turbidity correction) through the water sample. A photodiode measures the intensity of the light after it passes through the medium, calculating the attenuation (absorption) to determine pollutant levels.
