Monitoring the Great Barrier Reef: Insights from Australia’s largest discrete and real-time monitoring program

This webinar provided an overview of the Great Barrier Reef Catchment Loads Monitoring Program, highlighting its purpose, methods, and outcomes. The presenters looked at the background and drivers behind the program and discussed how it has expanded over time to include more catchments, parameters, and monitoring sites. The public-facing tools which are available to access and interpret program data, were introduced, demonstrating how this information supports effective management of the Great Barrier Reef catchments.
