The ultra-light reusable HydraSleeve Drone Cone is an adapter designed for sampling surface water using a drone.  It is used with 2-inch Skinny/SuperSleeves. It is made from HDPE and suitable for PFAS sampling. It must be used with a bottom weight.

Description

The reusable HydrasSleeve Drone Cone Adapter (DCA), is made of two pieces of HDPE and suitable for PFAS sampling. It is compatible with any of the Skinny/SuperSleeves for surface water sampling with a drone.
The adapter consists of a cone top portion and a locking ring, between which the Skinny/SuperSleeves are threaded and securely held in place.

The assembled length of the adapter is approximately 6 cm. The outer diameter of the adapter is aprroximately 8.6cm.

To ensure proper sampling and stability during flight, the Ultra-light HydraSleeve adapter should be used in conjunction with a recommend minimum of 5-ounce bottom weight.
