Description

The Ultra-light reusable HydraSleeve adapter is designed for sampling surface water using a drone. It is specifically used in combination with 2-inch Super/SkinnySleeves that are made of HDPE and suitable for PFA’s (Perfluoroalkyl substances) sampling.

The adapter, known as the Reusable Drone Cone Adapter (DCA), is made of two pieces of HDPE. It is compatible with any of the Super/SkinnySleeves for surface water sampling with a drone. The adapter consists of a cone top portion and a locking ring, between which the Super/SkinnySleeves are threaded and held in place securely by the threads.

To ensure proper sampling and stability during flight, the Ultra-light HydraSleeve adapter should be used in conjunction with a bottom weight. The assembled length of the adapter is approximately 6 cm. The outer diameter of the adapter is aprroximately 8.6cm.

– 2-inch HDSS-1L
– PFCHDSS-1L
– HDSS-1.5L
– HDSS-2L
– PFCHDSS-2L

Needs to be used in conjunction with bottom weight, recommend minimum of 5-ounce bottom weight
