Calibration & Cleaning
HydroTerra’s in-house workshop team provides instrument calibration and cleaning services, ensuring monitoring and sampling equipment is reliable in the field and operating to manufacturer specifications.

Maintenance & Repair
HydroTerra’s in-house workshop team provides maintenance, and repair services, to prevent monitoring and sampling equipment from failing in the field and to fix it if it does.
We offer contracts for cleaning, calibration, repairs, and maintenance for a variety of client-owned monitoring equipment (hand-held and field-based).

Warranty Support
HydroTerra’s technical sales team delivers exceptional pre- and post-sales support to our clients, made possible because of our depth of knowledge and our close relationships with suppliers, fostered over many years.
HydroTerra’s in-house workshop enables us to locally assess warranty claims, minimising the downtime associated with having to freight overseas.
