Solinst acquires Eureka Water Probes

HydroTerra’s key supplier, Solinst continues to go from strength to strength and has recently announced a new acquisition. 

Effective February 1, 2025, Eureka Water Probes has officially become Solinst Eureka LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Solinst Canada Ltd.), marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for both organizations. 

This acquisition pulls together the strengths of both companies.  It represents a merging of capabilities that will enhance their ability to serve their customers.  This combines Solinst’s expertise in groundwater solutions with Eureka’s strength in surface water monitoring.  The benefit for customers is a broader range of innovative, high-quality products and services. 

HydroTerra is pleased to see Solinst new acquisitions in this field.  We have been the exclusive Australian Distributor for Solinst for many years and they are an excellent company to work with.  In addition, we have had dealing with Eureka Water Probes and are very familiar with their high-quality Manta range.  So we see many synergies in these two companies coming together to form Solinst Eureka LLC.
