2024: A Year of Growth and Progress for the Business Services Team

2024 has been a busy and productive year for the Business Services Team at HydroTerra. One of our major achievements was moving our server to the cloud, enhancing both data security and flexibility in accessing information. We also implemented a new version of our ERP system, improving information flow and reporting, though it came with the usual challenges of system upgrades.

In addition to these technical advancements, we successfully maintained HydroTerra’s ISO accreditation and upgraded our Quality System. We also took steps to optimize our physical space and continue reviewing our operations to better support the Sales and Operations Teams, ensuring we can deliver top-tier service to our customers.

This year, we welcomed a Human Resources specialist to our team, strengthening our ability to care for our people.
