AHA launches free training program for hydrographers

In an industry first, the Australian Hydrographers Association (AHA) has launched an induction program explaining careers in Hydrometric Monitoring and providing an introductory skills test.
The comprehensive program is available online for free to anyone worldwide. It includes:
- an overview of being a hydrographer (emphasizing the engineering, IT and environmental aspects)
- a detailed introduction to Hydrometric Monitoring that can be used by agencies and employers to upskill new applicant
- a test that can be used by employers to see if candidates have already done this basic study and passed the test. A certificate of completion is provided to successful applicants. Why don’t you try the test yourself!
