Heidelberg Materials Australia operates an engineered landfill facility in Wollert, Victoria.  The facility receives approximately one quarter of Melbourne’s commercial, industrial and municipal waste disposal. The Wollert landfill required an upgrade to the integrated leachate monitoring system (sensors, telemetry and data management) currently installed at the site.

HydroTerra was asked to provided services to Heidelberg Materials to monitor the Wollert landfill.  We provided the client with an ongoing monitoring system design and specification for an upgraded system, utilising HydroTerra’s DataStream™ platform.
