“How to Collect and Evaluate Groundwater Data (MSS025034)”

To be run in partnership with the Australian Hydrographers Association (AHA).

This comprehensive course is designed for environmental professionals looking to advance their skills in groundwater monitoring, data validation, and interpretation—critical competencies in today’s regulatory and resource management environments.

Participants will gain knowledge in planning groundwater data collection, using various sampling and continuous monitoring techniques, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of collected data. The course also covers the effective reporting of results to stakeholders and regulators, ensuring the data supports sound environmental decision-making.

  • Selection and use of groundwater sampling equipment
  • Bore construction and well development fundamentals
  • Installing and operating continuous monitoring systems
