John Guo, HydroTerra’s Rental Manager, is the primary technical contact for rental systems. His role is explicitly defined as covering rental enquiries and technical support, with deep knowledge of HydroTerra’s rental equipment and how it is applied in real monitoring projects. This gives clients direct access to someone who understands both the equipment and the monitoring context — not just availability.

Seamless Coordination from Booking to Return

Dominique Wray, the Rental Coordinator, manages rental enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and returns. She is the central point of contact ensuring that equipment is scheduled, dispatched, and returned smoothly, with clear communication throughout the hire period. This role provides clients with certainty and continuity, removing friction from what is often a time critical part of monitoring projects.

The Workers

In addition to John and Dominique, there is our team of interns. Interns are an integral part of the day to day operation of HydroTerra Rentals, supporting the preparation, maintenance, and delivery of rental equipment under the direction of the Rental Manager and Rental Coordinator. So next time Ed, Bella, Lara or Sally drop-off some rental gear, say hello – they will be very interested in your project and they will appreciate the opportunity to build their knowledge.

Our Rental Fleet proven systems for Real World conditions

HydroTerra maintains a broad, well maintained rental fleet covering water level, water quality, sampling, weather, ground gas, dust, air quality, telemetry, and integrated monitoring systems. But if there are needs outside this range, please let us know. We are always looking at additional equipment that can be added to the fleet. Chances are that if you need it, then many more customers will also.
