Description

ANB Sensor’s AQ Series offer calibration-free solid state pH and conductivity sensors specially designed for use in aquaculture and freshwater environments. The result is operating costs 70% less than traditional pH sensors.

Calibration-free technology permits the sensor to be calibrated in-situ without manual intervention from the end-user. This allows it to be utilised in networking and IoT, ideal for water monitoring and resource management.

ANB Sensors are designed to be calibration-free by placing a second reference tracking electrode into the reference chamber to measure for drift in the reference electrode. Any drift is automatically compensated for in the pH measurement, negating the need for manual calibration.

AQ pH and conductivity Sensors feature full salinity range, inbuilt temperature sensor, and real time feedback reporting on sensor health status. As the AQ pH and conductivity Sensors are solid state, they can be stored wet or dry without impacting performance.

To communicate with the sensor, use either a RS232/485 terminal interface, a MODBUS protocol, or via a DTU.

The AQ pH and conductivity Sensor models offer two different depth ratings – the AQ5 up to 5 metres depth, and the AQ50 up to 50 metres depth.
