We automate as many system components as practicable to remotely support the systems we design and install, providing quick issue resolution, reduced down-times and cost-efficiencies.
As maintenance and oversight is ongoing, HydroTerra offers DataStreamTM Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which provide a commercial basis for maintaining these systems. Our DataStreamTM SLA’s are unique and cover sensor hardware, telemetry hardware, telemetry communications and data management. Our DataStreamTM SLAs include the tracking of assets, system functions, calibration, and maintenance (% up time) and monitoring programs (% complete).
