HR COORDINATOR

We are looking for an energetic, experienced Human Resources Coordinator for our Melbourne office. This part-time role would suit an individual who is passionate about people.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Recruiting of new resources;
Management of the Intern Program;
Preparation of all employee documentation in line with current Legislation and other Government and Industry Standards;
Overseeing the onboarding of new Employees;
Management of all Employee documents, ensuring confidentiality at all times;
Management of the Employee Performance Planning System;
Administration of the Training Team, ensuring Training is undertaken in a timely way and tracked by Competency;
Assist the Operations Manager to manage Resourcing levels;
Involvement in the development of Human Resourcing strategies including KPI setting and tracking;
Management of Dispute resolution where required;

The successful applicant should have technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of staff management, be an Australian citizen, with a relevant qualification.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for an energetic, creative Marketing Coordinator for our Melbourne office. This part-time role would suit an individual who is passionate about communications.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Delivering e-marketing activities for HydroTerra, including a monthly newsletter, fortnightly webinars, email (EDM), and social media tasks;
Creating marketing collateral for the business to promote our products, technologies and services.
Developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Overseeing the onboarding of products and content to the website.
Tracking marketing performance using a scorecard and recommending marketing activities to improve brand awareness and overall business performance

The successful applicant would ideally have a degree in marketing, communications, or relevant industry experience, be an Australian citizen.
