Willowstick’s latest geophysical mapping technology, Micro Seismic Resonance (MSR) is now available for use on projects within Australia. MSR can be used to map groundwater seepage by detecting structural weaknesses in soil and rock, thus locating areas of higher permeability. This technique is compact, transportable, and non-intrusive. Only a light tap is required to map acoustic profiles which can be rapidly generated in 2D in the field. Further 3D models are created within days of data collection.
