April Newsletter
Introduction
18 April 2024This weeks newsletter features some articles about companies that developed technologies a long time ago and have reaped the rewards due to continued persistence in improving these technologies. We have been on the journey with some of these companies. In some cases, like Solinst (Australian) and Sentek (Canadian), we have worked closely together for more than 18 years! Whilst it would be over the top to say we are responsible for their success; it is worth reflecting on the role distributors and integrators play in the ecosystem of technology innovation.
As an informed distributor and integrator, we perform the role of the trusted advisers, evaluating requests for monitoring assistance, assessing the right products and services for particular applications, in the appropriate place, and in the appropriate integrated solution. We then provide support to keep these systems going. When it comes to monitoring, the technology is just the beginning. It is a truly collaborative partnership between technology suppliers and their distributors that results in successful monitoring.
