Give me choice, but please help me choose!

I’m currently in Italy living it up! The menu has about 30 different pizza options and it’s not easy to choose! Give me choice, but please help me choose! This it the dilemma we face when shopping for just about everything these days.

While a “need” is where we start our customer journey (rumbly tummy) the “application” should always drive our decision-making (a speedy bite while walking, a penchant for anchovies, or even an allergy consideration). The same goes for environmental monitoring equipment. This is where support is important! We all need help finding the best products to meet our needs.

As HydroTerra grows we are faced with an increasing range of choices of potential monitoring solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

In this newsletter, you will see some of these technology choices and some of the ways we are developing support tools to assist our team in helping our customers choose their monitoring technology solutions.
