Introduction
22 February 2024It’s an exciting time in HydroTerra, with our passion for incremental innovation. In this month’s newsletter there are some great examples where an existing product’s utility has been substantially improved with a few small tweaks. Whether its an existing sensor with a new way of downloading, or a new version of hosting software in DataStream to accelerate data processing. If you’re into integration in monitoring it really is a perfect time to substantially increase customer experience.
We have seen our modular groundwater and surface water telemetry systems (Stygos & Yabbies), gaining market share on the back of some clever integrations with existing technologies. Often, the innovations are simple, important features, highlighted by customer feedback. So, we welcome the opportunity for feedback, to hear how we can further improve these products. It is critical to keep improving and as an industry to keep sharing ideas and knowledge. We have been working on innovative business models to enhance this communication: webinars, training programs; scheduled tech talks with customers and good old-fashioned face to face meetings. It has been rewarding to see these ideas being welcomed by industry with our recent webinars and training sessions warmly received by the market.
Many thanks to our webinar attendees and training customers.
